by investment, had the privilege of hosting Her Excellency Laila Rahhal el Atfani and her
spouse Mr AbdulAziz Ahmad from Dubai to their Corporate Offices in Smart CIty on the 22nd
of August 2023. The couple were given a very warm welcome by the CEO, Mr. Roderick
Cutajar and the Head of Legal, Dr. Aidan Cutajar.
Discussions revolved around the importance of further strengthening the business and
friendly relationships between the Middle-East, the Arabic World and Malta. Indeed, this was
also highlighted during the CEO presentation whereby he indicated that a significant number
of investors were applying for the Malta Permanent Residency Programme or Malta’s
Residency to Citizenship Programme and the reasons varied from one applicant to another.
Reference was also made to the diverse professional services offered by immVest
International including immigration by investment, real-estate advisory, VIP concierge
services, yachting services and much more. The staff at immVest is dedicated to offering a
unique customer-experience, trustworthy advice and value for money.
Her Excellency spoke about the importance of promoting continuously the beautiful islands
of Malta and what they can offer to prospective investors and families alike. She as very happy
to hear about the interest from the Middle-East in Malta’s Permanent Residency Programme
and Citizenship. Her Excellency will be working hand-in-hand with immVest International for
investment requirements, properties, startups as well as for future prestigious women in
leadership conferences that may be held on the island. Reference was also made about the
importance that a Company like immVest has at heart Corporate Social Responsibility and
that financial/other support is provided to very poor children like those in Uganda and other
places. Her Excellency insisted on a culture of well-being, respectful attitude and appreciation
towards those in need. She said she was enjoying her three days stay in Malta and praised
the Maltese people for their kindness and openness. Her Excellency was fascinated by Malta
and the warm welcome she and her husband received. She highly praised Malta’s heritage
and the connection between culture and future modernization.
At the end of the ceremony, an agreement was signed to officialize the business relationship
between Her Excellency Laila Rahhal el Atfani as CEO of Business Gate and Mr. Abdulaziz
Ahmad CEO of Safeer Corporate with Mr. Roderick Cutajar, CEO of immVest International
Limited.
