The renowned Tàn Chá restaurant, known for its cuisine and Michelin Guide recognition introduced the Taste of Art dining experience. This exclusive series served as a platform, for artists starting on October 17th with an emphasis on fashion in line with Dubai Fashion Week. The event showcased a rooftop runway set against the backdrop of the Business Bay canal.
The talented designer Angelo Estera, who has designed for royalty and celebrities presented his creations on this unique runway. Since opening his Dubai studio in 2009 Estera has gained recognition for his collections featured at Dubai Fashion Week. On the night, Angelo showcased his avantgarde red-gown creations that not only embellished the night, but served as a testament to Tàn Chá’s Chinese origins.
The guest list included VIPs and influential individuals while limited public seating was available at AED 195 per person. Attendees enjoyed access to the fashion show and was welcomed with the establishment’s finely curated cocktails and canapés.
This event perfectly complemented Dubai Fashion Week highlighting Tàn Chás commitment to providing a platform for fashion designers. The exclusive IP will continue and expand into showcases of design and jewelry in the coming months, as Tàn Chá aims to position itself at the core of the UAE art community through this unique initiative.
