Dubai Islamic honors the winners of the Excellence Award categories, session (18)For the year 2023

The Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities in Dubai honored the winners of the Excellence Award categories
Session (18) of 2023, at a ceremony organized by the department yesterday morning, Wednesday, in a theater
The department located in the Al Mamzar area.

His Excellency Dr. Hamad bin Sheikh Ahmed Al Shaibani, Director General, honored the winners of the award categories
In the presence of executives, department directors, and representatives of charitable organizations
Islamic and Holy Qur’an memorization centers licensed in the emirate.

The national anthem was played and the ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an by one of the centers’ management employees

His Excellency the Director General delivered the opening speech in which he emphasized that excellence is the approach of the Emirate of Dubai, founded by His Excellency

Honoring excellence categories:

The ceremony covered several categories of honor, including institutional categories, and Beit Al-Khair Association won.
Riyad Al-Salehin Islamic Center also won first place in the Leading Charitable Organization category
The first place was shared equally with the Islamic Peace Center in the category of leading Islamic institution, and won (
Al-Barr Project for Memorizing the Holy Quran) won first place in the Pioneer Islamic Center category.
As for the category of the leading organizational unit in the department for the year 2023, the Research Department won from the sector
Islamic Affairs. On the other hand, the Mosque Operations Center Project won in the Affairs sector
Mosques ranked first, shared equally with the (Sustainable Knowledge Project) in the Islamic Affairs sector
This is for the category of best innovative initiative or project.
(Ramadan District – Expo Dubai) also won first place, shared equally with (Beyti Initiative) in the labor sector.

Dubai Islamic Medals for Pioneers of Excellence:

It is a category that includes a number of employees who won in previous awards sessions, and more than one can be honored
