Islamic Dubai honors the winners of the Maktoum Centers annual competition for memorizing the Holy Quran for the year 2022

The Department of Islamic Affairs and charitable Activities in Dubai honored the winners of the Maktoum Centers annual Holy Quran competition for the year 2022, which amounted to( 114 ) winners from the male category and ( 216 ) from the female category.


This came during the annual ceremony held yesterday evening at the Maktoum centers management headquarters in Al Warqa in the presence of Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, His Excellency Dr. Hamad bin Sheikh Ahmed Al Shaibani, Director General of the department, a number of Department leaders from executives, department managers, consultants, and some families and parents of the winners.


His Excellency Dr. Hamad Sheikh Ahmed Al Shaibani, Director General of the Department, delivered a speech in which he thanked the founder of these centers, the late Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, may God rest his soul, and this matter he always took it upon himself to raise this flag and make the name of the country always resonate in all Quranic competitions and international forums, appreciating the support received by everyone at the level of the leadership of the United Arab Emirates, and these painstaking efforts at the local, regional and international level, we can be proud of the The administration of Maktoum Centers for the Holy Quran and its Sciences in the emirate of Dubai, which was able to occupy the first positions, so that this treasure remains in the breasts and hearts of their sons and daughters before it remains in the Quran, pointing out that this work needs effort, perseverance, continuation and keenness at this level from these centers to provide these shining models of our sons and daughters, and and honest competitions ..


The Department revealed that the number of applicants for the competition was (282) males, and the number of winners was (114) of different ages, in the branches of the competition from the first branch to the tenth branch, and the number of female applicants for the competition was 463 and won (216) in all branches of the competition .
Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Bin Maktoum Al Maktoum and His Excellency Dr. Hamad bin Sheikh Ahmed Al Shaibani, Director General of the department, honored the winners and handed them certificates of thanks and appreciation.
