دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة – شهدت إمارة دبي حدثًا استثنائيًابانضمام النجم العالمي “تيري كروز” رسميًا إلى مجتمع ملاك مشروع “بنغاطي أكوارايز”، حيث وقّع النجم الهوليوودي عقد تملك أول وحدة سكنية فاخرةضمن المشروع الطموح، وذلك على هامش الحفل الأسطوري الذي استضافته”كوكاكولا أرينا” بحضور حاشد قارب 12,000 من الشخصيات البارزة،والمستثمرين، وصنّاع القرار في القطاع العقاري من داخل الدولة وخارجها. ويُمثل هذا الحدث تتويجًا لمسيرة شراكة استراتيجية جمعت “بن غاطي” بالنجم”تيري كروز”، والذي ارتبط اسمه بالعديد من المحطات المفصلية في مسيرةالشركة، كان أبرزها تقديمه لحفل إطلاق مشروع “مرسيدس-بنز بليسز” من بن غاطي، وتتويج الفائزين بمسابقة “بن غاطي” للتصوير الفوتوغرافي، إضافةًإلى تقديمه لحفل إطلاق مشروع “بن غاطي أكوارايز”. ويُضاف هذا التوقيع المميز إلى قائمة “بن غاطي” المتنامية من نخبة المشاهيرالعالميين المالكين لعقاراتها، وفي مقدمتهم نيمار جونيور، أندريا بوتشيلي،وأيميريك لابورت، بما يعكس مكانة الشركة الرائدة في قطاع العقارات الفاخرة،ويعزز من حضورها الدولي المتصاعد. وبهذه المناسبة، صرّح رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة “بن غاطي” محمد بن غاطي،قائلاً: “نشعر بفخر بالغ بانضمام النجم العالمي ‘تيري كروز’ إلى نخبة الملاكفي مشروع ‘بن غاطي أكوارايز’، ولا شك أن هذه الخطوة تحمل دلالاتٍ بالغةالأهمية تعكس الثقة العالمية المتزايدة في مشروعات الشركة”، مضيفاً أن الحدثيُعد رسالة قوية تعكس التزام “بن غاطي” الراسخ بتقديم مشروعات نوعيةترتقي بمفهوم المعيشة الحضرية، وتسهم في صياغة مشهد عمراني معاصريواكب طموحات دبي المستقبلية. وتخلل الحفل بثٌّ مباشر من موقع المشروع في منطقة الخليج التجاري بدبي،أعلن خلاله فريق المهندسين المشرفين على التنفيذ عن بدء الأعمال الإنشائيةرسميًا، في خطوة تجسّد التزام “بن غاطي” بمكانتها كأسرع مطوّر عقاري فيدولة الإمارات، مع التأكيد على إنجاز المشروع بالكامل بحلول مايو 2027، وفقأرقى معايير الجودة والدقة في التنفيذ. ويُعد “بن غاطي أكوارايز” أحد أبرز المشاريع السكنية الحديثة في دبي، حيثاستُوحي تصميمه الهندسي من انسيابية حركة المياه، ليعكس جمالية الطبيعةوأناقة العمارة المعاصرة، ضمن موقع استثنائي ينبض بالحياة، ويضم المشروع1,598 وحدة سكنية متنوّعة المساحات والفئات، تتراوح من استوديو إلى أربع غرف وصالة، إلى جانب مجموعة حصرية من الشقق الفاخرة ذات الأجنحةالملكية الاستثنائية، التي ترتقي بمفاهيم السكن الفاخر إلى آفاق جديدة. كما يتضمن المشروع شاطئًا اصطناعيًا يمتد على مساحة 27,000 قدم مربع،ومسبحًا بانوراميًا في الطابق الثالث والعشرين بطول 44 مترًا وعرض 12 مترًا،يُطل مباشرة على برج خليفة، فضلًا عن صالة رياضية عصرية، و22 وحدةتجارية تضم مجموعة مختارة من المطاعم والمقاهي الراقية. ويأتي هذا المشروع في سياق مسيرة “بن غاطي” المتواصلة، حيث نجحتالشركة في تسليم أكثر من 11,000 وحدة سكنية حتى عام 2024، ضمن أكثرمن 80 مشروعًا متنوعًا بقيمة استثمارية تجاوزت 50 مليار درهم إماراتي، مارسّخ مكانتها كأحد أبرز روّاد التطوير العقاري في دولة الإمارات والمنطقة.
